synchronicity

Synchronicity is the experience of two or more events, that are apparently causally unrelated or unlikely to occur together by chance, that are observed to occur together in a meaningful manner. The concept of synchronicity was first described by Swiss psychologist Carl Gustav Jung in the 1920s.
The concept does not question, or compete with, the notion of causality. Instead, it maintains that just as events may be grouped by cause, they may also be grouped by their meaning. Since meaning is a complex mental construction, subject to conscious and unconscious influence, not every correlation in the grouping of events by meaning needs to have an explanation in terms of cause and effect.

and I'm eager to make another project with you, just for the fun of it

and if, to top it all, it is also interesting for the show  - it's even better )

I'm looking for a theme to start from - knowing that it will be transformed anyway!

something that could be relevant and interesting to shoot in both places...

What about water and boats as a starting point?

or it can be something abstract, I was thinking of shooting my rrrrrrrocket from different angles

Do you have any ideas?

there is one technical detail... I couldn't install final cut on my computer 

so there are two options, I can do it in Premiere (Have you got it?)

or try to get a permission to use the Rodchenko School's lab, but I'm not sure to get it 

because they will be on vacation and I'm not a student anymore :)

cadavre exquis video project

dear anna,

how are you doing?

would you like to / be able to spend some of your time, to, just for the fun of it, work on another exchange project with me, in which we will be wetransferring each other a oneminute movie, and then we add changes to each others work in final cut pro, for instance by addin / changing sound, layers, whatever? then send them back, we can change again, a bit like a cadavre exquis video project?

jos houweling asked me if we would like to do that, just to have some extra stuff to show to the groninger museum, different from our other two, related but separate works...

it's unpaid and nothing is certain whether anything will come out of it

but, we might just do it for ourselves?
